The Consultation Process
Initial Enquiry + Discovery Questionnaire
Share your wedding date, venue and vision. You can do so through a short questionnaire (link) or schedule a phone consult (link) so we can understand your style, palette and priorities. Once your questionnaire is returned, we review your details, inspiration images and budget to shape the direction of your design. This step ensures we’re aligned before moving into the creative phase.
Design Consultation + Proposal

Once we’ve explored your vision, you’ll receive a beautifully curated Design Brief that becomes the foundation of your entire floral plan. From here, we build your full proposal — a complete, itemised document outlining your floral designs, pricing, delivery or collection options, and how each arrangement will look and function throughout your wedding day. When you’re ready to book, your date is secured with a contract and deposit.
Booking + Onboarding
Once you’re ready to book, we secure your date with a contract and deposit. You’ll then receive an onboarding form to collect final details such as access times, contacts, seating charts and table numbers.
Final Design - Wedding Day
We refine your design into a final plan, including stem recipes, hire selections, repurposing maps and your wedding‑day floral timeline. You approve everything before production begins.
On wedding day we style your ceremony and reception spaces, place personal florals, repurpose arrangements where needed, and ensure every detail is exactly as planned. Post wedding day we pack down, and send you a thank you with a request for your photo's of the day that showcase our flowers for our portfolio!
