How do I secure my booking?

All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received and availability has been verifies for your event.

Do you require a deposit?

For ready to hire-items, full payment is required at checkout to secure your booking. 

Is there a security bond?

A refundable bond may apply to certain hire items. This will be clearly shown on the product page and refunded once all items are returned in their original condition.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes. Larger items such as flower walls, arches, and installations typically require delivery and professional setup. Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on your location and event requirements.

Can I collect smaller items?

Some items may be available for cold hire (collection and return by the client). This will be noted on the product listing

How long is the hire period?

Standard hire includes use for your event day, with return or collection the following day unless otherwise arranged.

Do you offer custom floral designs?

Absolutely. We create bespoke faux floral pieces tailored to your colour palette, style, and event vision.

Can florals be repurposed throughout the event?

Yes. Many ceremony florals can be moved and restyled for your reception, helping you maximise your budget.

Can you recreate a design from Pinterest or Instagram?

We use inspiration images as a guide and create a unique design in your chosen style and colour palette. Exact replicas are not guaranteed.

What if an item is damaged?

Clients are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your bond or invoiced separately.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Bunbury, Western Australia, and service the South West region. Travel to other locations can be arranged upon request. Shipping is available across Australia.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the timeframe outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, selected items such as bouquets and smaller arrangements can be shipped across Australia.

Can I keep the bouquets after the wedding

Some bouquets and arrangements are available for purchase, while others are offered as hire items. This will be clearly noted on each product listing.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. We can discuss your vision via email, phone, or video consultation to help create the perfect floral and styling package for your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings during peak season, to ensure availability.

How do I care for hired florals?

Keep arrangements indoors, away from rain, strong wind, direct heat, and open flames. Please handle all items with care.
